My Aunt is in this nursing home and all the people I've met who care for her have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Her only complaint is the home intends to stop allowing residents to smoke in November 2019. She specifically asked about smoking being allowed before agreeing to go there and was not told they intended to stop allowing it.
