Kind and thorough...
Many things are overpriced, one piece of information on the blood pressure tester is wrong also. Sometimes seems like the workers don't know what they are doing. Someone made the excuse that they just got there and they didn't know what to do. But people at the front counter are very nice and always greet you when you come in.
