Very caring receptionist and a huge thank you to Pete for listening and correcting a problem which is now resolved.
Incompetent and may contribute to the possible death of our puppy. The 10 week old puppy was emaciated, had severe diarrhoea and lethargic so we took her in for a check up. The VET showed no concern about her weight or any of the other problem. The Vet did Not do any testing or make any recommendations to improve her health except sell us a bag of prescription dog food and wanted us to send in a stool sample. Hands down the best veterinary care ever. We’ve gone there for 10+ years and they’ve helped our dog grow from puppy to senior with kindness, helpful advice and excellent care. Recommend the boarding if you need it. Reasonably priced and booked at the last minute. 2 surgeries went well. He’s always happy to go and the staff are happy to see him! A+++++
