Dropped truck off for alignment and inspection. Called claiming upper a arm alignment bolts were seized ( was torn apart weekend prior ) and could not align it. Then I was informed they failed the inspection for wheel spacer ( understood that my spacer size is not legal but most places over look them ) and was still charged $169. The night after retrieving my truck, 2 bolts that were left loose on my truck started moving leaving my alignment 10x worse then it was when I dropped it off
Bait and switch. Typical of low volume dealers. Don’t waste the time. 4 years later I came to leave basically the same review, and I see this.. shocking. Some things never change. Email them, yes , that vehicle is in stock, drive there and bam, oh, we sold it yesterday. Uhuh. Bs
Bad Service. I had dropped off my Jeep a few days early for an appointment. That was 31 days ago. It was in need of bearings for the rear differential. I let them know that going in. Anyhow after being “diagnosed” (which I was charged for) I never heard back. I called back after two weeks and they said they were waiting on parts. Another week goes by and no contact. Still waiting… the next week I call back and they said that the tech has been working on it “in between” appointments. I had an appointment! I’m just upset that ... read more
Do not go here! My Jeep has been in the service department for over a month. They reported inaccurate information and our warranty was denied so now we are on the hook for a multiple thousand dollar payment. They waited until the denial came through before contacting us and saying they still needed to order parts. We had asked them to be ordered regardless as we were confident that it would have gone through warranty per conversations we had with the selling dealership.
