I dropped a vehicle off at this location. The key was placed in thr after hour drop off slot in the garage door where vehicles are pulled in and out of. My customer gets a call saying the key has been lost. Both her and I look around, nothing. The service writer wants 400 for a new key and to program it. Went in on March 11th 2025 and had a terrible experience. Was looking to pay $10-$15,000 down and trade in my truck, which Kelley blue books at $12,000, or I offered to pay for the vehicle in it’s entirety in cash depending on how good of an offer I received, for a new truck/Jeep around $30-$35,000. Best place to get a reliable vehicle and the staff is amazing
Bought $1600 + in parts they said I needed from them to fix my Pacifica which I paid them to diagnose. Found out they were completely wrong didn’t need any of the parts. Went to return the unused unopened parts and was told they don’t want them. I’d recommend avoiding them like the plague.
