I would like to start out with if you are a family with a special needs child and are looking into this place dont. This place is a joke between therapist hardly showing up on time and the fact they can communicate what has been done that day with your own child without contacting there supervisor is a complete joke. They are very dismissive when bringing up complaints and when you do cancel services they smile and wave and say I hope you find someone else instead of trying to fix there problems in house. I would like to start off with if you have medicade or any government insurance this is not the place to go to they have shown they are about the money and only do there job when you get on there assess, even when you do it’s still not happening until a couple months out. They need better training on there therapist because Morgan the one we had didn’t show any initiative re scheduled almost every week and barley showed us anything she more or less sat down with him and repeated anything he did or said so I hope anybody who’... read more
