Brian walked me through the process, and I felt like he was my advocate versus someone who put obsticles in front of me. Closed on time and had great communication.
Brian Kirby and Colin Brechwald are simply AMAZING! I was amazed at how smooth the whole land buying/loan borrowing process went. It was such a pleasure working with them! They both were very knowledgeable and professional and replied instantly to all of my calls and emails. I highly recommend them!!!!
Be advised that this location does NOT offer banking services. It is only a loan services branch. Wish I had known this before driving an hour out there.
I posted a review at a local branch when I was unable to get help with a loan PMI appraisal, I was frustrated. It took quite a bit of effort, on my part, to initiate and finish the process. I was able to eventually get done what I needed but it was difficult. Shortly after posting this a thoughtful response was added by the branch.
