My wife and I went with Northpointe for our home purchase, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences we've had. We were told repeatedly, in writing, that we were on track to be approved. Our closing date was pushed back 4–5 times with no clear explanation. Meanwhile, based on what was relayed to us through the agents, the sellers' side was being given a very different picture than we were. In the end, the loan was denied over a single late payment from 2023, something they had access to from the very beginning.

Mason Maurer and the Northpointe team were awesome to work with. My circumstances were unique, but the team diligently worked with me to get my loan prepared and approved for closing. The closing process was superb. I look forward to doing future business with Northpointe.
