My mortgage was going well through Northpointe for years, then they all of a sudden dropped mine and switched me to another bank where I supposedly “wouldn’t have to do anything” for this switch. Still, I called the new one they sent me to, Freedom Mortgage, my insurance company, etc to make sure everything was set and good to go. And I got a late notice from my insurance company because STILL this new lender didn’t pay my homeowners insurance…. After all of that! Robyn and Christie are the best team you could hope to work with when purchasing a home. They are so clear when giving instructions and asking for paperwork. We never feel alone in the home buying process with Robyn and Christie; plus Northpointe’s website is very user friendly! First time home buyers or not, this is the team you should go with!
I called with a request about my account and Client Specialist Molly did a great job. I wasn't sure if I had been connected to the right Dept. so I expected I may be transferred to someone else after being connected but Molly completed my first request smoothly. Then I thought of 4 more things to ask Molly ranging from interest rates, dormancy fees, mobile banking usage, rate-matching...etc which not only Molly answered but answered in a way that was specific to my situation as opposed to just a general response.
