They held my New car (less than 7K miles) Hostage for 26 days. Because the parking brake is unreliable. Would not supply a courtesy car. Or rental.
I had such a wonderful experience at Northpointe Automotive. Chris was my sales person, and he was very personable and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions. I love my new Jeep and I would definitely return to the dealership for another vehicle.
I would not recommend this place. Terrible customer service. Everyone was nice to me when I purchased my vehicle then I got treated very unprofessionally. Brian and Ed were the only 2 whom tried to help me so thank you to them. I got hung up on twice and told by the store manager he couldn't help me.
Beware if you are considering purchasing an electric or hybrid vehicle from Northpointe Automotive. Northpointe failed to properly register the sale of my eligible vehicle for the tax credit and has failed to take any accountability or provide any updates. After multiple texts back and forth with my salesman Matt Haslet, who had no information, and 3 voicemails and an email to the general manager Jason Higbee over the course of a month with no response I have no more information than when I started.
