I’ve bought 2 vehicles from this dealership in the past year, and I can honestly say they’ve treated me like family every time. Jake made the whole process simple, comfortable, and stress-free. First of all. Why did Ty leave the Northpointe service department?!? He was the most friendliest, informative service guy there, and now he's gone. Second of all. My oil change on my jeep took almost 2 hours. I get that there's call offs and no shows, and you only have two service guys in the back working on 20 cars. I get it.
