I have bought several vehicles over the years. I have had many salesmen but tend to stick with the same one currently Matt is my guy and does a great job. I recently had to have a recall taken care of and he helped me out with a loaner car till it was back which was only one day but made it much easier. Thanks guys and keep it up!
We took our dodge ram there and the head was blown..They had our truck for 5 WEEKS!.Kept telling us they were getting it in the shop and we’d drive by and it was still sitting outside.So we stopped and went in to say something.Finally got it in the shop and then said they were waiting on the warranty company(we called them and they were waiting on northpointe) so another lie..that happened twice..Then they were waiting on a part.got the part in and told us they freaking used it on someone else’s vehicle!.then magically the n... read more
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE! THE ONE TECH NAMED “BLAZE” DOESN'T CHANGE THE OIL, JUST LETS THE CAR SIT THERE WITH THE HOOD UP FOR AWHILE, CHANGES THE OIL LIFE, AND SENDS IT OUT THE DOOR. DIRTY OIL, DIRTY TECH.
They successfully fixed my AC on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica.
