The lives that we live here at north point are precious memories that we can share and remember threw out the years forever keep sakes our work lives with our residents and family members have a special gift of love and enjoyment residents most of all are happy with their lives here lots of fun activities and good food.
This place is becoming a joke again all last week my grandma has not gotten her meds on time at all she is supposed to get them at 8 pm not at 10:30 at night but new faces all the time bring back KC and John they both rock have not seen either of them around so this company must have pissed them off over cheap labor I would give 0 stars if I could
You guys really need to double check your staff on how they are treating agency workers.I picked up an agency shift here and was treated so horribly that for the first time in my CNA career of seven years I was treated so poorly it had me in tears.AGENCY IS HERE TO HELP WE ARE NOT A BURDEN AND STAFF AND FACILITIES SHOULD BE THANKFUL FOR AGENCY, we come in when you are short staffed to help and care for residents not be treated like garbage because we don’t actually work for the company.This is NOT okay.
