I have been to that location to visit a resident a few times. On multiple occasions I have witnessed Paul being verbally abusive and overly aggressive to residents to the point of them crying. I certainly hope management does something to protect the residents. I do not believe that this is the best career choice for that young man.

Went for a visit. I really don’t like to be rude about certain people but i was stuck near an employee named Aden (I think the name take said). Because of his smell (is there not a rule about proper hygiene at this place) I don’t feel comfortable brining any one of my family here. The other employees seemed fair and decent but if I knew my parents were stuck with this certain employee I’d pass.

This community has a terrible reputation and lives up to it. Higher management spend so much time in the building but make little to no difference, often trying to take credit for what the inner department heads are working on. They spend most of their time DoorDashing themselves food and drinks all day. The morale has gone down and I would never recommend this for friends or prospective residents. Stay away. New director is horrible too, and I wouldn't normally go out of my way to write reviews like this.
