I am truly so grateful for this clinic. It was my first time coming here as I needed a second opinion for my dogs teeth. They treated my dog and my family with absolute respect, honesty, and kindness. Everyone I had interacted with this past month has been nothing but exceptional including the staff at the front desk. This is where I will be coming from now on.
I have been taking my little Fur Babies to the Northpoint Veterinary Hospital for at least 10years. I can’t say enough, the staff is Welcoming & Kind ! The Doctors are Knowledgeable, Thorough, Kind, & Not Pushy! Today my Little Princess Coco had a growth removed from her ear. (It wasnt very nice looking ) the Doctor that Preformed the surgery did an amazing job!! I can’t say enough about Northpoint Veterinary Hospital and their incredible staff. A very special shout out and huge props to Chelsey and Dr. Parminder Kauldhar for taking in and diagnosing our dogs issue quickly and answering all of our questions and inquiries. Dr. Kauldhar even called after hours on his own time once he got the reports back from specialist to read them to us over the phone and Chelsey stayed late so I could go over and pick up medication for our dog. Just picked up my dog, a 5 year old Cane Corso (Drogo) after concern that he swallowed a tennis ball. I 100% recommend this veterinarian clinic for routine and urgent issues. From the start, the front of staff - Jodie, was friendly, patient and helpful. The Vet, Dr.Chaudhary, was thorough, fair and gentle. An update to my previous review: the team at Northpoint saved my puppy’s life after a bowel obstruction. When I called in a panic, they provided an immediate appointment. Dr. Kauldhar and his amazing vet tech team performed all diagnostic testing on site, and a diagnosis was received within 45 minutes. My pup went from walking in on his own to vomiting blood within 1 hour, and the whole team worked hard to get him into surgery. His surgery required 2 surgeons and Dr. Chaudhry rushed in from Scarborough to perform the procedu... read more
