Very disappointing experience. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:00 AM for a scheduled service and was told it would be ready in approximately 3 hours. However, I didn’t receive the car back until 2:15 PM. The delay itself was frustrating, but what made it worse was that the vehicle wasn’t washed or vacuumed before being returned. When customers leave their car for several hours at a dealership service centre, they expect both timely service and attention to detail.

I recently had my car serviced at Toyota Hillcrest and was quite disappointed with the experience. I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM and was advised that it would be ready in around 3 hours. However, I didn’t receive my vehicle back until 2:15 PM, which was much later than expected. What was even more disappointing was that the car was returned without being washed or vacuumed. Hands down THE best Toyota dealership in town! Ring and ask for the one and only Michael Titaro. If you want to find a new car, he will hunt and find you one! We were semi-interested in either an LC300 or Prado VX, but was a bit put off by the standard wait times (and attitude) from other dealerships. Recalled a previous recommendation for Michael, promptly set up an appointment and test drove the next day. He found us an LC300 that was in stock, but we liked the Prado a bit more.
