Totally unhelpful when dealing with warranty breakdown! Arrogant and unhelpful as soon as they have your money!
Car went in for a service and to diagnose/fix a sound that was happening while driving (I assumed it was coming from the brakes as the noise disappeared once you hit the brake pedal). They told me the noisy brakes were because the front brake rotors needed to be machined, so I got it done ($180). After I picked the car up, it was still making the exact same sound on the drive home. Brought the car back and they told me the noise was now coming from the back brake, not the front.
