The last of my capped price service. Staff fine, booking system works well, car taken in on time, but returned 45 mins later than suggested despite no faults on handover. In the 3 years of going there, car was only washed once despite being advised it would following each service. Sometimes was told the “car wash was broken”. As I had a shade attached this time, I was told it would be hand washed. If you see the photos I’ve taken upon return home it clearly wasn’t washed.
