Very disappointed with the service from Northpoint Prospect. We bought our car from this dealership, and it had an issue with the automatic tailgate. We mentioned this problem during a recent service visit, but they didn’t fix it. Later, the same issue caused damage to the car, and even though it’s still under warranty, they refused to repair the damage or take responsibility. Justin's expertise and customer service was excellent . My call to the mechanics were uneventful, where they told me I had to come into the shop to get an issue resolved. So I did, expecting to be seen by them, however, Justin from the service team had the knowledge carried over from their legacy system to assist where the mechanics couldn't.
