I recently visited a Toyota showroom with my brother to browse used cars, and unfortunately, our initial experience was very disappointing. The salesperson, Binh, approached us in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He made comments such as, “What if you don’t buy? It’s going to waste my time,” which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It is unacceptable for customers to feel pressured into committing to a purchase just to be shown a vehicle. Very poor service and a total rip off. Will never go there again.
Dissapointing Experience, I purchased a Hiace Van in March 2026 but they could not supply the cargo barrier until several weeks later. I took delivery of the van to get signage installed to return the van for the barrier when it arrived. It is now nearly August, still no barrier, You cant tell me they havent sold other vans with barriers in this time period. Now even the sales rep George doesnt respond to my emails. The van is not on the road, not being used as we custom build our shelving in from the barrier.
