Techs, counselors, and nurses are amazing, always there when you need them for any reason. Very educational classes, providing useful knowledge and steps for sobriety.
5 and a half years sober and still angry about the way I was treated at Northpoint Seattle and believe the management seriously needs retraining. Counselors were great at the beginning but as soon as they found out I was court mandated they became passive aggressive, rude, and dismissive of my attempts to be sincere during counseling sessions. If I didn't get transferred out and finished treatment at evergreen recoveries I probably would have relapsed. Inpatient facility was great but Seattle Northgate needs new staff.
Dan shared personal medical information with other patients without my consent and regularly spoke about this info in front of other patients. The rest of the staff were wonderful, but it's clear Dan didn't take his responsibility to his patients seriously.
Management is completely out of touch with the patients and what's actually going on in this inpatient. They kicked me out for getting caught with a vape and gave me like ten minutes to leave. Wouldn't let me use the phone to even call for a ride. I didn't have a cell phone so it was a difficult situation. Thank God I had housing or I would've been on the streets. Some staff is decent.
