I originally only did 2 mortgage applications with 2 big name companies but decided to look for a local one as well. She was great to work with and even though my wife was not on the mortgage, including her on all emails and updates during the process. Been trying to buy a house for quite a few years. Couldn't get a conventional loan from a local bank even though I do business with constantly.. i'm self employed own my own business.And have 1099 income .
