Communication with loan officer Shea Neely was great. He was available at all times of day and made the home buying process super simple.
Lou Sarris was EXTREMELY generous with his time and expertise when talking us through the mortgage process. We hadn’t purchased a home in over 20 years, so things have changed a bit. Plus, we purchased a home out of state with our daughter acting as “special POA."He also kept OUR interests in mind as he watched the rates with regard to the feds. I can’t imagine a more complicated scenario, but Lou was there for us every step of the way!
April was great. The process was quick and easy and the communication was fantastic.
Lou and his team were first class from start to finish. Easy to work with, great communicators, and smooth uploading/documentation processing. I’d easily recommend Lou and the team for any mortgage/lending servicing needs.
Joe Jarrett with Northpoint Mortgage was great to work with, he answered all of our questions and guided us through the process in less than a months time. Joe and the closing attorney came to our house for the closing. She promised to have the funds deposited first thing Monday morning and they were approx. 9am. If I had none it was this easy, I would have refinanced much sooner.
