This clinic has some of the worst front-desk service I’ve experienced. They close at 7pm, yet when I called at 6:30pm, I sat as caller number 3 for the full 30 minutes until the phones were shut off. This has happened before, and it’s clear the staff make no effort to actually answer calls near closing time. The definition of the worst service in the world. The staff take 30+ minutes to answer phone calls and, when they finally do, are some of the rudest people I’ve encountered. When they miss something, they then blame patients. My doctor is retiring this year and has been the only reason I’ve managed to accept how truly awful the staff at the desk are. If you can avoid this clinic, do it. Kindergarteners have a better understanding of how to talk to humans than the management staff here.
