Unprofessional behaviour with patient Very disappointing experience. I waited 3–4 hours just for a walk-in, and still didn’t get proper service. If they are unable to manage walk-in patients, they should clearly mention that instead of making people sit and wait for hours. This is a complete waste of time and very frustrating. I want to share a very unprofessional behaviour of Doc Manpreet Mani today. He is family doctor of my four months old, I wanted to discuss about the joint problems she is facing, but doctor was very unprofessional, refused to even listen the concerns i had or any suggestions or new referral. Further refused to administer vaccine, despite having the appointment, that i booked the month prior to the visit. I have been visiting this walk-in clinic for almost a year and my experience with Dr. Mani has been very good. I noticed many negative reviews saying he is rude, but that has not been my experience at all. He is very responsive, calm, and takes time to explain everything clearly. He guides patients well and listens carefully. I would suggest people not to judge based only on negative comments. I personally had a great experience.
An hour delay wasn’t enough when I asked what was going on, the employee stood near booking list computer (around 5 feet tall, wearing Green color scrub) there grinning like it was funny and casually told me it would be another hour. The audacity is unbelievable. There is nothing remotely amusing about wasting people’s time. Please learn some professionalism and basic manners to apologize because you guys are running late. In my recent experience Well health is all about billable hours. It is not about patient care. Walk in clinic only allows you to address one issue per visit. If you have an appointment with your family doctor they try to up sell you on things that they think you should do and not discuss the things you came for. They run a stop watch and have you move on after 15 minutes even if the time was spent by them telling you what they can do for you not what you came to see them for. Not what it used to be when it was Northpoint.
