One Star – Would Give Zero if Possible I had to take a day off work to visit this clinic, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When Dr. Mani arrived, he didn’t listen to us patiently at all. He insisted on addressing only one problem at a time, even when we requested a bloodwork order. The consultation barely lasted a minute. After a quick check, he wrote a prescription and left immediately without any explanation. I’ve never met a doctor so dismissive in my life. Dr. Mani is a very good family doctor. He is kind, friendly, and listens carefully. He explains things in a simple way and always cares for his patients. I feel comfortable and happy with his service. Highly recommend him.
Walk in hours were till 7 and was refused at 6! Needed a tetanus shot and stitches but reception didn’t not listen. This could have been. Done by a nurse if the docter wasn’t available. Shot and first aid would not have taken long. But reception didn’t even listen. I can see why this place has a 2.5 rating. Do not give this place any business.
