Dr Gurmit Uppal and all the staff are amazing. I was so nervous about my cataract operation but the Doctor explained everything clearly and put my mind at rest. His description of the surgical procedure and what I could expect was spot on No pain at all, and now I can see the world in its true colours again. Thank you Northpoint Eye Care.

I went to see Dr Smith for cataracts. North Point Eye Care only does day surgery nearby. If you are older, overweight, and have a heart condition, he cannot help you. You must go to someone who does surgery at a hospital. You give Dr Smith a full medical history before he sees you. He put me through all the tests and even an extra one and only then informed me that he cannot help me and collected all his fees for tests that were worthless. I am seeing another Ophthamologist next week and will pay again for the same tests.

I have recently had an appointment at Northpoint Eye Care. Dr Uppal, as always, was excellent offering a professional and caring service. I would like to make special mention of the reception staff especially Rosie. On the day of my appointment, they were incredibly busy and under a lot of pressure, not helped by a particularly difficult patient. They managed him with great respect and care - very impressive under particularly stressful circumstances. Thank you to all for your continuing care.
