I moved out last semester and anytime someone brings up Northpoint i still get the chills. First off management tried to scam me into paying a $3500 security deposit… no one else I knew living there had this happen to them. It took almost two months to resolve this issue and was the worst getting into contact with the workers.They did end up owning up to their mistake and “didn’t know how that happened…” And when they refunded, it was refunded as credit towards paying off rent instead of back to the original payment method. ... read more
One of the more affordable options on the North side of A&M campus. Nice amenities, on the bus route. Short walk or bike ride to campus if you don’t want to take the bus.
It’s been a very eye opening experience.
