Should be negative stars. They are the worst! Bait and switch. Show a nice apartment and at move in day apartment was a mess. Food in fridge from prior year, grad party remnants all in common area. Took 3 family members all day to make it inhabitable. My rooms carpet was disgusting, filled a complaint and condition report. Complained again at Christmas break and was told I would come back to new carpet.... of course I didn't. Now on move out they have the audacity to charge me a cleaning fee. Worst apartments in the world I wouldnt even recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I was visiting a friend and had to park all the way on the 8th floor which was already a pain AND on top of that they have to fill out an online form every 24 hours a guest it staying there. The towing company is CRAWLING constantly waiting to tow someone and you can't re register your car until the 24 hours expires. I decided to stay here over the summer and take some extra classes which was not a good idea, I see at least one huge adult American cockroach every day in the kitchen or bathroom like clockwork, and since they are so big, they are also very hard to capture due to their high speeds and ability to squeeze into small areas. I doubt they'll do anything about this though.
