I had an absolutely terrible experience with this management company. Their negligence was evident as they held onto my rent payment for months without resolution. There was a complete lack of accountability since there was no supervisor or manager available for communication. They frequently changed agents, which only added to the frustration. Despite this chaos, they continued to expect me to manage what I had hired them for, all while increasing their management fees. This level of service is unacceptable
I had a nightmare of an experience with northpoint asset management. Primarily Heaven Pennymon. I would suggest no one do business with this company. Take the time to check their reviews with the Better Business Bureau. When moving out of my rental unit, Heaven Pennymon Provided me with a move out check sheet and I followed to the tee. She is attempting to change me $2900 to repaint the entire interior.
