Northpoint as a company is...ok, but our manager Todd was great. He was always willing to help us with issues and give us sound reasoning for decisions. He helped us sell our lease early when another move came up. Would suggest asking if Todd is the property manager for your rental!
I tried to manage my own property for a couple of years and it turned into a nightmare! I am so grateful that NorthPoint was recommended to me by my Real Estate Agent. My property manager Todd Marcus has made owning a rental property easy and smooth. He has been responsive, collaborative and communicative. I could never go back to trying to do it myself!
We have worked with Northpoint as a landlord for a few years and initially were not totally satisfied with the service level for both us and our tenants. However, after Todd Marcus became our property manager, the experience has significantly improved for us and we believe for our tenants as well. He is a very good communicator and resolves issues urgently and effectively. Thanks Todd and Northpoint!
