I couldn't be more disappointed in NorthPoint Apartments Management Team. I spoke with one young lady in the office who said, "if you look around online and try to buy a parking space and can't find one then you can always terminate the contract and live somewhere else. We looked for a month but couldn't find one. Now that it is winter and parking is brutal, and scarce, we went back to the management to tell them we wanted out of the contract and would be happy to pay the nominal fee.
