Undoubtedly, this is the best pharmacy and the most amazing people I've ever met anywhere! They're super helpful, polite, and incredibly fast. It's been our go-to pharmacy for years, and I can't praise them enough. Other big chains really need to learn about customer service from places like this.
It is an honor to evaluate NorthPark Pharmacy. Vivian and her staff are “the best”! They are professional…..willing to answer any questions you may have on your medications, they are always friendly greeting you by name you as soon as you walk into the pharmacy. They are a big part of our neighborhood family.
I do not remember the names exactly but i think they were laura and vivian. Both did an excellent job and very professional as per there job field. The way the treat customers is highly recommendable. I visited this pharmacy 2 to 3 months before on sat or sunday i do not remember but most probably saturday around 12 or 1pm, there was one lady working her english was not that good and she was soo rude that i never visited this pharmacy after that.
