Needed an appointment ASAP and the lovely receptionist spoke with the doctor. The doctor bless him accepted me being a new patient in crisis. He took the time to listen to me, run blood tests and put me on antibiotics. I would totally recommend this practice
Dr called me a day before the appointment after waiting over a month to see them to say he can’t see me as a GP because he deals with diseases.
I’ve been calling the clinic every other day regarding a payment reversal, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Each time, I’m assured — very confidently — that the refund will be processed within 24 hours, yet nothing happens. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Wasting a lot of time, bad management. Girls in the reception booked me for 12:00pm and I’ll wait till 1pm sit for one hour Totally wastage of time Not Recommended at all !!!
Dr. Durrani is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly GP. He addresses issues and concerns thoroughly. Definitely recommended!
