DONOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT! We applied online and they made us go through the whole application process including paying for insurance and application fees just to tell us a a few days before move-in that the apartment was not available. Before this, everytime we called they reassured us that the apartment was being "repaired". You cannot get hold of anyone responsible when you call. Im honestly not sure where to start with Joplin Lease property management in general. But overall the experience was awful. Work orders are never completed in a timely manner. The buildings are not kept up to code. Even though the property management completes monthly inspections they are not inspecting the safety of the buildings as well. Multiple stair cases are not up to code and are rotting and loose. Multiple outside dryer vents are filled to the point birds are making nests in them.
