Im honestly not sure where to start with Joplin Lease property management in general. But overall the experience was awful. Work orders are never completed in a timely manner. The buildings are not kept up to code. Even though the property management completes monthly inspections they are not inspecting the safety of the buildings as well. Multiple stair cases are not up to code and are rotting and loose. Multiple outside dryer vents are filled to the point birds are making nests in them. Fuk this place it's dirty nasty tore up bed bugs roaches water leaking out from the floor big puddle of water in the kids bed room this place is hazardous to ur health who knows what other dirty thing r in these apartment u never what kind of crap the kids will get taking bed bugs from this place to there schools then other kids get these bug n spead around this is how filthy this apartments are recommend don't live here needs to be condemned & tore down !!!! DONT LIVE HERE NOT HEALTHY FOR ANYONE!!!!!!
