Phenomenal is an understatement! I’m new to the area and was a little nervous trying to find a dentist that would suit my needs. A relative of mine—who brings her young children here—highly recommended Dr. Trung, and I’m so glad she did! The office is clean and upbeat. Dr. Trung has been my dentist for about 10 years now. Throughout the years, he & his team have always taken great care of me. My teeth feel super clean after every visit (thank you Sarah & teammates). If you’re looking for a dentist or if it’s time for a change, you will be happy with Northpark Dental. I can't say enough great things about Northpark Dental! The staff is so friendly and the dentists are great. My fiance needed a tooth extraction plus a cavity fill, and Dr. Ellen Babor was wonderful! She was so caring and kept the process as painless as possible. Dr. Ellen ensured he couldn't feel anything and took her time. We really appreciated her doing the procedure properly because my fiance had an extraction done elsewhere and it was excruciating. Best filling experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Trung used careful technique to numb, I barely felt a thing! I’ve had many fillings, and this was the most gentle, calm, and painless experience. I had no jaw soreness or tooth discomfort afterwards and I would highly recommend for routine care or advanced procedures. Thank you again!
I was disappointed when I canceled a dentist appointment two days in advance and they still charged me a fee for canceling. My wife was planning to get her teeth implants there, but after that it rub me the wrong way and I think it's greedy on their end. I will be looking for a different place that my wife can get her teeth implants at. Before that issue I was happy with their service, but getting charged a fee didn't sit well with me.
