Dr Trung Phan is very thorough, professional, and personable to provide the best care for his patients. Each of my 3 visits for service, he explained the service, made sure I was comfortable and did an excellent job with all the latest technologies. From walking into Northpark Dentist to leaving; He and his staff are fantastic too! I sure recommend all my friends and family!
I’m honestly really disappointed to be writing this, but I wish someone had warned me before I went to North Park Dental. I trusted that their billing would be transparent and that I would be informed about costs ahead of time. That didn’t happen. I was not given a pre-treatment estimate, told what the cost would be without insurance, offered options for filling materials, or informed of any downgrade in treatment. I have premium dental insurance, and after my visit, I paid what I believed was my full responsibility. Weeks l... read more

Phenomenal is an understatement! I’m new to the area and was a little nervous trying to find a dentist that would suit my needs. A relative of mine—who brings her young children here—highly recommended Dr. Trung, and I’m so glad she did! The office is clean and upbeat. Ellie is incredibly kind and easy to schedule appointments with. Dr. Trung takes time to explain all my options each time I visit; He also checks in on my family after having procedures done. Dr. Trung has been my dentist for about 10 years now. Throughout the years, he & his team have always taken great care of me. My teeth feel super clean after every visit (thank you Sarah & teammates). If you’re looking for a dentist or if it’s time for a change, you will be happy with Northpark Dental.
