Fantastic surgery. Always looked after, wonderful doctors and nurses who listen to you and don't fob you off. All phone appointment system could be better, but obviously their hands are tied if you are number 50 in a queue, you can't expect them to still have an appointment when you get through, but that's not their fault and they will still try to help you. Absolute joke getting through. Opening time states that the surgery closes 6pm. I was caller number 12 in the queue when it started. Made it to caller number 1 before closing and surprise surprise no answer.
