I ordered a prescription here on Monday and was told that they wouldn't prepare the medication until I provided my credit card information. I gave them all the necessary details over the phone that same day so my order would be ready and waiting. Website order / renewal form is broken, doesn't work, and you will not receive confirmation either way. This could lead to running out of a crucial prescription at just the wrong time. This has been brought to the attention of management multiple times and is a very easy and inexpensive fix. If they can't figure out something simply like this, what assurance does the public have they will produce safe and effective prescriptions? Management must do better.
