Adam did our whole home refit. During the first walk thru it was easy to tell he is very knowledgeable on hvac systems. He responded to our inquiry in a timely manner, showed up when he said and we always had a great communication. He installed our central heat pump, two mini splits, two HRVs, a hybrid water heater and ducting. He will be servicing our equipment in the future and I would highly recommend Adam / Northmen HVAC.
Adam showed up within hours of my call. Figured out the problem with our heat pump, ordered parts and had it fixed within days. I deal with a lot of service providers and this was by far the most impressive.
Adam provided prompt and quality, professional service at reasonable prices. He demonstrated considerable skill and knowledge when installing our new highly efficient Rheem Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater. It's working perfectly.
