I am very disappointed with my recent experiences with Dr. Avinash Tiwari. On three occasions, we were sent back because key steps were missed before the immunological injection, wasting our time and resulting in unnecessary charges. At the last visit, we were kept waiting while he re-read a letter, with no progress made. This has been frustrating and unprofessional. I request that these charges be reviewed and that better communication and care are ensured moving forward.
Dr cai is a great doctor
My wife and I came in for a blood test today(17/07/2025) but the experience was terrible. This guy from laverty, who seemed like an intern, tried three times to draw blood from my wife but kept missing the vein and poking into the flesh. He didn’t even release the strap on her arm, which made it worse. It was clear he wasn’t properly trained. This kind of procedure should be done by someone experienced. Very disappointing.
What is the use of having one bulk billing doctor who is only available on Tuesday for half a day? When did medicine become about money?
