Please don't bother booking with this clinic. From unprofessional and hopeless receptionist who boast about their GPs who are never on time nor read patient's reports before seeing them or forgetting to follow up on emails post surgery. Receptionist not doing their job that's as simple as booking an appointment. Blaming the hot doc app never taking any responsibility for the delays in appointments, doctor showing up late are always on vacation and same excuse of traffic everytime. Fantastic service with very caring doctors and other staff. Waiting times are much less than those dreadful medical centres.
The doctor there was utterly undisciplined and unprofessional. My initial appointment on Monday was delayed by 15 minutes and I should have realised the indiscipline. Later on Friday, I went in with the reports and the appointment was delayed by 40 minutes. To make matters worse, I was waiting until 4:55 pm for an appointment at 4:15 pm and was advised to return at 5:20 pm. Highly recommend this clinic, Dr Rasendran was very kind and caring when I was unwell. Easy to book via the online system and plenty of parking out back and across the road.
Stay away I just walked in and asked for assistance regarding a vaccination no one in the waiting room at 9.30 am and receptionist asked me a lot of questions after I said I am not a regular patient and I am new she advised they were busy today to come back later Well I won’t be back
