I have been a patient for over 7 years but I will not be returning due to the rude staff. The front desk and nurses are great however the doctors are not. I feel the need to advocate for myself in medical situations because the doctors do not CARE and it was always a fight. Anytime I had questions, the Dr seemed annoyed with me. I also would advocate for further testing but they would deny me until I hounded them. I would not recommend this office. Their bed side manner is a 1/10. Why does the entire 2nd floor smell like mold so badly?
These reviews are off putting but my experience so far has been nothing shy of amazing dont let them discourage you. Im 20 weeks and higher risk. Northlines in Southgate has given me a coupke issues so ive just stuck with the brownstown location so far and honestly all of the doctors (wood and moussa) and nurse practitioners have been amazing and have taken all of my issues so far extremely serious. I personally love Dr. Wood! She is very sweet and professional. Makes me feel so comfortable every time I go.
Dr Christina Wood is rude and unprofessional. She told me I had a medical issue and then the next time I saw her tried to tell me that I dont have that at all after it was confirmed on a scan. She will change her attitude towards you based off whether you agree to her treatment plan or not. She will treat you negatively if you dont agree with her. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
