Dean and his team just finished a kitchen and bathroom renovation at my house. I interviewed three other contractors. Looked at a variety of estimates. Went with Dean for a few reasons one is that I had done a small bit of work with him in my crawlspace and was very happy with staying within his estimate and his team did a good job twinning a beam for me. Dean and his team are great. They lifted our home in Hastings-Sunrise in 2022/23 and did a great job. Working on a house that almost 100 years old is a challenge, and Dean and his team rolled with the punches and problem solved everything that was thrown at them. He gave great advice throughout the project and was patient with our learning curve of taking on a renovation of this magnitude.
Dean Brandolini and his team at Northline Construction completed a complicated beam replacement on our house in West Vancouver. The job required that we support and raise the east side of the house to replace this rotted support beam. They did a fantastic job of working on our house while we maintained residence during the winter months. The workers were always prompt to start, very polite with our family and always cleaned up after themselves. I can strongly recommend the contracting services of Northline Construction.
Dean and his crew were great to work with. very professional and honest. helped us through a very challenging renovation. highly recommend Northline for renovation work.
I had Northline on two projects- building a new garage and re-building our front porch. So detailed and comprehensive, Dean and his people were on-time and on-budget for both. And even looked on how to save money during the projects, too! Super great people! Fair, reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Northline!
