Building while working full-time was stressful enough already, so having a responsive builder made a huge difference. Calls were returned quickly and appointments usually started when scheduled. The final walkthrough was detailed and they encouraged us to point out even small concerns. One bathroom sink drained slowly after move-in, but warranty service fixed it within the same week.

We reached out to Northlight Customs Builders to get an estimate for a laundry room/mudroom addition. I actually went to Northlight Custom Builders for an interview. Despite the outcome of that interview being in my favor, the gentlemen I met were exceptional in all means. Everyone including the owner was straight forward yet cordial, and the atmosphere was jovial yet you could tell the knowledge was there. If I was seeking a company to handle the work I am presently doing on my own home, I would absolutely consider this team.

Northlight recently completed a major master bathroom/bedroom addition at my 1970's home. Having managed some small remodel work myself, I knew what I wanted and had high expectations for this project. Northlight was exceptional and exceeded my expectations all the way through.
