Charges you after you cancel. They then ignore all messages and emails. Shady practice. Tyler Maneth you and your team should be ashamed of yourselves! Go anywhere else, these people apparently want you to struggle even more than you already do.
Dr Rockwell is the best! He is compassionate, always asks about how I am feeling and asks about my family. When I need a prescription, it’s there, even got one on a Saturday ! The staff is very informed, they always answer all my questions! I can’t even remember how long I’ve been seeing him, 4,5,6 years probably! Hope I never have to go anywhere else! Sincerely, Darlene M
Dr. Michael Rockwell. Is very professional, and he try hardest to find what works for you. You're not just a number to him. He does care.
I had to reschedule an appointment with Janet Davidson due to a work conflict. I called the office 7 days before appointment to cancel. There was no answer during THEIR business hours so I left a voicemail saying I was canceling and would reschedule. I then received a call on the day of the canceled appointment informing me of appointment I had “missed.” I told the woman I had canceled the appointment, provided her with the date and time I left message and she responded “Oh, I know what happened.” I thought nothing of it unt... read more
Dr. Rockwell is by far and wide the best physiatrist I’ve had. The (new?) office staff are friendly, a plus.
