I lived here for three years, and while the building itself is nice with solid amenities, it’s priced at the very top of the market. With multiple ultra-luxury condos and townhomes going up in the neighborhood — plus nonstop construction from the complex next door — the value has only gone downhill. What ultimately made me unhappy wasn’t the building, but the management. Changes rules without alerting paying customers.
Excellent apartment building that is fairly new, with a lot of great amenities (outdoor pool, great lounge area, co-working space, roof terraces, gym with state of the art equipment). Good front desk staff that are helpful and the maintenance team is superb. The DiCicco's grocery which is across the street is a huge plus. The shuttle to the train station also extremely helpful when commuting to Manhattan.
We lived here for close to 2 years. The staff were friendly and responsive to us, from the management, the front desk, to the maintenance people. There are a lot of amenities in the building. Great location, great town, extremely close to all the town activities and the Tarrytown train station. Overall we had a great experience with the building.
Just top notch. We love the area, river, and surrounding town. Seconds from the river walk, minutes to deep woods for some grounding, or 45 minutes to the bustle of the city. We have lived around the world - and Northlight is a fantastic landing spot.
