We have been living at Northlight for over two years and have loved being here. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and helpful and the public spaces both inside and outside are beautiful and well maintained. However, the resolution of a problematic refrigerator on Friday evening was way beyond our expectations. Around 6 pm we realized the refrigerator was not functioning correctly. I’m reviewing the front desk service (Kathy) and what I could see on my tour of the place. To start, Kathy was amazing. She went out of her way on a Sunday to meet us and give us a tour (technically closed on Sunday’s). She was respectful, informative, and solution driven. You can tell she really cares. We LOVED our time at Northlight. Best location - close to restaurants and the river. Felt like being on vacation everyday. And the building is stunning. So many special spaces and people. The staff is extraordinary and they work hard to make living there easy. HIGHLY Recommend!!!!!!!!
Luis showed up at our door 10 minutes after I made the request to repair our HVAC unit. He was friendly, helpful and solved the problem immediately! Thanks, Luis!
