What a wonderful and beautiful place came in on Saturday my husband and I was a walk in and was given a tour by Kathy. She is wonderful and always smiling and answer all are questions. We were not able to look outside because it was cold, but she made sure to send us a drone video of NorthLight so we can see whatever we miss outside and also 3 more videos of the apartments we saw. I moved here from Chicago and needed to find a place in short order. I really liked the area because I assumed it would be quiet and having the riverfront was a selling point. Amenities are nice and convenient, especially the espresso machine, fitness room, and study lounge. However, I am very disappointed in the sound insulation in this building. I’ve been at the Northlight for about 5 months- great building! Quiet, clean, smells great. The staff is incredible- Rahsun in particular- always so helpful, responsive, and goes out of his way to accommodate any needs. I’ve left my key after hours and he let me in, he follows up with any missing packages, and always does it with a smile!!
