Amazing place and people.
Since joining over 5 years ago, I have made new friends, gotten in the best shape of my life, accomplished things I never thought possible, and have become an L1 coach. I drive past multiple other CrossFit boxes to get to NorthLee CrossFit and do not regret doing so. You will get sweaty, you will get dirty. I’ve been a member of North Lee Crossfit for years. I can truly say the training and strength I’ve gain from working out here has not only made me stronger for my work as a nurse but for chores around the yard. Programming can be scaled to any level of fitness and strength as well as physical ability. The thing I love is the camaraderie of everyone who attends.
The coaches here go above and beyond to ensure proper form, while being encouraging, and pushing you to be your best. It’s easy to come in as a beginner, and feel welcome. I was intimidated by CrossFit before, but North Lee CrossFit has a way of making you feel like family. Can’t say enough good things, just try it yourself!
