I have a Northlander and overall, I'm quite happy with it. They could have offered me options to upgrade the bathroom exhaust fans (so noisy) and I requested a propane fireplace instead of a modern-looking electric glass/coloured rocks one. Again, I wish they offered that I could have upgraded the logs inside and the fan quality (again, extremely loud). Also, the furnace/A/C... so loud. We purchased our Northlander Park Model home in 2021, receiving it a little over 1 year later in July 2022. While we are very happy with the overall craftsmanship of our home we have been let down with the products they have installed. Specially the HVAC system. Shortly after the first year, our entire furnace needed to be replaced, we were fortunate enough to still be under warranty and replacement was an easy process. We purchased our Northlander trailer after considerable research both from the quality of the build and the servicing of our park model after purchase. We have been very pleased with the quality of our Atlanta all season park model. Equally important has been the post purchase servicing of our home. Our dealer Westcoast Leisure has been very responsive to our needs and warranty work by Northlander has been excellent.
