It was thorough and got what they needed done. And she was informative.
She takes time to talk and explain things, but is to the point and direct. She doesn't beat around the bush. I like that I don't feel rushed when I have an appointment with her. Her and her staff are prompt on returning my messages on the patient portal. She has a good personality and I will continue to see her until I can't
I think telephone messages got mixed up. I never heard back from the Dr. I did receive a call about previous test results, but no answer about my current problem. I felt like Dr. had settled on one scenario and didn't listen well after that.
