This review is only based on new ownership as I used to really appreciate the care I received here. I called this office every day this week to try and get in for an issue I was having. I continued to be dismissed by the people handling appts and sent to a nurse line with no answer. I left multiple messages and checked in every day to see if I should expect to be called back and got nothing. Had to wait 2 months appointment, provided my insurance and did paperwork ahead. When arrived thanked me for doing paperwork ahead, took my insurance card and told me out of network, can't be seen. I asked what was point of taking information ahead of couldn't bother to save me a trip, now I'll have wait months again to see new provider elsewhere. And they didn't appear short staffed, several ladies standing around behind the wall, what a waste of staff

I have been here for several years for my annual visit and the staff and providers have always been friendly, however this visit took a different turn. First it took three months to get in then I arrived to my appointment 5 minutes late. I had to wait a minute to check in because the receptionist had a coworker at her desk. When I checked in, I learned the doctor has a cancellation policy if a patient is five minute late (my paperwork was already completed online). I originally left a review a few years ago but deleted it because I left out something important, something that shouldn’t be overlooked. We had a terrible experience here, and while the phlebotomist was the one bright spot (she was great, friendly, professional, even told us about her gamer son), the rest was unacceptable. This place is great for basic gynecology care. However, I spent the last year in anguish experiencing two miscarriages and receiving horrendous care from Northland Women’s. Without going into too much detail, it is so incredibly challenging to get anyone to call you back from the nurse line. During my second miscarriage, a nurse said she’d call in progesterone, but forgot.
