Woke up this morning and thankfully decided I needed car care products from my utility room only to find the basement was partially flooded from a overflowing toilet. I put in a number of calls to plumbers but only Northland answered. I was told it would be a couple of hours before the service team could get to me, but 30 minutes later Nathanial and Jim arrive and in minutes they new the problem was a clogged filter. They came out on a Sunday to take care of a rental property of mine that sewage was backing up into the building. They were prompt, courteous and very helpful.
