We've used Northland Septic for many years, first at our cabin in Hackensack, and now at our Brainerd home. Northland always provides superior service, answering questions, and explaining everything. Woke up this morning and thankfully decided I needed car care products from my utility room only to find the basement was partially flooded from a overflowing toilet. I put in a number of calls to plumbers but only Northland answered. I was told it would be a couple of hours before the service team could get to me, but 30 minutes later Nathanial and Jim arrive and in minutes they new the problem was a clogged filter. They came out on a Sunday to take care of a rental property of mine that sewage was backing up into the building. They were prompt, courteous and very helpful.
