Called Mark this morning about a jammed slide lever in our motorhome that meant our on board toilet was unusable. Mark was fully booked with jobs the next two days and then scheduled to be off on holiday for a week. Despite being snowed under with work he happily spent 5 minutes on mobile explaining in detail how we could fix the problem. His advice was spot on. Thank you Mark, we can now continue our motorhome holiday in the north and very much hope you get to enjoy yours.
