They are a great rental company to work with, really good people and very accommodating!
Awesome staff! I am not sure what happened to Tom or Landon, but my experience with NRR has been awesome! They are always friendly and the apartment was painted when I moved in so that was nice! They were very helpful in explaining everything in my lease when I signed. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a nice apartment.
Good company to deal with, if you can handle being lied to time after time. Every time you go into their office you deal with a new or different employee that doesn't know what they are dealing with, and has to get someone else to help you. When we moved out we were charged almost $900 in damage that by law in considered normal wear and tear. Which legally can not be charged to a renter when you move out of a property. A couple of times we had abunch of backups with the sewer lines. The first time sewage was coming up in the shower & wasnt draining and neither was the toilet ! the so called "Maintenance Man " answered & was very hateful & hung up on me. Then he called back i explained what happened & he said oh well its not overflowing so we can fix it tomorrow which i replied no it needs to be fixed tonight because we cannot use the toilets because they are not functioning & sewage is coming up through the shower.
