One if the therapist names Shelby Creek is bad news. She has a problem with alcohol and I know for a fact she has been drunk while at work and seen patients. I know that she also has missed entire days due to being so drunk. Usually its has been fridays during telehealth sessions. But I personally have had to go to the liberty location before and wake her unconscious body up and drive her home. She also on numerous occasions has told me about patients lives and issues they suffer from. I would highly recommend NOT using her ... read more
