Poor weekly pool service. When complained to the owner, he just got mad and told me to refer my problems to a new company. Told me I needed a new pool cover, but after a year I never got it. AND he took the old one so I had no pool protection all winter. The 5 star company I have now advised they had NO problems getting pool covers the past year and do a predestine job. Don't settle!!
