I've always used good RX Card at northland pharmacy yesterday when I picked up my prescription the pharmacist said they dont accept good RX and never have... wondering why did he lie???????
I hate having to have my prescription filled through northland. They don’t ever answer the phone so I know for sure my medication is getting filled. They aren’t friendly or helpful. I miss having rite aid in kalkaska. I live right by northland so the convenience is the only thing keeping me from changing. But honestly I will probably change to meijer eventually just for better service.
Pick a med up just to get hour away home for them, they text with another med to pick up. Tracy needs to learn how to talk and deal with people.. worse pharmacy ever....I was a pharmacy tech so I no what its suppose to be!!
Ill tell you what... never in my life have I meant someone as rude as the pharmacy tech Christopher. All I said to the young lady, who seemed really nice btw, at the register was how much more expensive it is at this store oppose to any other store and he said for me to go somewhere to buy my inhaler then and then proceeded to be condescending and extremely rude to me, all while blaming me for his actions!! 🤣You got it Christopher not only will I be going somewhere else to buy my inhaler but I will also never shop at Northl... read more
Seriously get so much anxiety whenever I have to call or go in for a prescription here. Used to be friendly people working, now the new pharmacist(s) act extremely rude, dismissive, and like they would rather be doing anything else. Honestly thinking of switching pharmacies permanently.
