Logan - Sales guy is absolutely amazing. Easy to deal with, not pushy. He’s new but absolutely amazing! However, the Manager was weird, rude , and unpleasant to deal with. Didn’t make the deal
It is sad that I have to place one star for the service department of northland nissan. The quality and communication service used to be excellent. After no communication in regards with my service requests for my vehicles and I knew what the high cost it would be So they did it their way. No communication. I still say the front sales staff has been excellent.
A special thank you to Lisa, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the whole experience. She made sure everything was taken care of and kept me informed every step of the way.
The staff are very good and helpful
Took my car in for work the staff was amazing. Communication about all the steps and work being done before to ensure I was OK with the plan. Helpful and thorough during the whole process. My car had to go back due to issues with a part (NOT their fault) and they jumped on it right away towed it and made sure I was informed and had transport if needed. Highly recommend them I bought my car a Chevy from them a number of years ago with service above and beyond. The service department is just as amazing.
