The service Dept at Northland Nissan is top notch! Their customer service is great, they aren't done until you are satisfied.
Always the best
I went to this dealership several times to fix the problem of connecting the mobile application to the car, and each time I went, the service manager, Christopher, would talk to me with a cheerful and kind manner about how to solve the problem, give me the necessary instructions, and he followed up a lot so that I could use this feature. I am sincerely grateful to him because he has a kind heart.
We were just in PG for the night and ran into car issues the next morning. Lisa was great - squeezing us in and getting us on our way as quickly as possible!
