I read all the review regarding Dr. Alcantara however I've had a very good experience with him during my past 4 visits. Receptionists are also very kind and nice.
I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Alcantara. I went in for a concussion reassessment and felt dismissed when I explained my ongoing symptoms. Instead of offering support or a recovery plan, I was told to just stop certain activities or quit my other job, which didn’t feel helpful or professional. This was frustrating because concussion recovery is complex, and I needed a more supportive approach.
