Just picked up my marlon after getting my suzuki 15 winterized and the service from Brad was outstanding.He was knowledgeable and very professional and even assisted in making sure my trailer lights were properly functioning.Thank you Brad and Northland for providing amazing customer service .When you buy a boat from Northland or even need servicing there is no better place and I highly recommend Northland marine.Posted from Kushog lake.
New owners 3 years back. Staff were friendly, competitive prices. Good advice, I just needed an outboard gas tank. They explained that I just needed to install the old valve.
I posted a recent review of my experience with this company, I'm happy to add. that today I got the parts that I ordered from the Suzuki dealership. I don't believe I'll be back due to the length of time I took for the service.
I have an Suzuki ATV that I bought new from another dealership, and it needed a service done, this place is an hour and a half away from me, it's the closest Suzuki dealership so I took mine to them for the first time, 3 weeks to get through to them on the phone, and another 3 weeks to do a service on the ATV, nobody around when I got there, so I waited over a half hour to talk to someone.
