How about next time, be explicit that latecomers by even a few minutes will be denied admission into the study? I left work early and had to drive through rush hour just to be denied entry after being only 5 minutes late. Not to mention the receptionist lady was very passive aggressive about it (the woman on shift on Monday 17th of March at 5 PM). So terrible communication all around. Thanks for wasting my time and gas money. Hope you people learn from this. Edit: Saw your response to Sandy. Not even an apology to her?
Great place & nice staff however I just wish it was easier to access by public transportation for the focus groups !!
